MORE SEIZURES (besides the ones given to Emily Anderson, Kat's daughter)

I HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED Howard J Hawk (who, by the way lived in Salt Lake City, and according to Public Records, owned an apartment complex in SLC, which I visited at one time). Other pages on this website (emails I have listed) document my experiences with other seizures regarding Emily.
Hawk told me his name and where he was from and that he had been responsible for the seizures given to Kathy’s daughter, Emily.
He also repeatedly told me “Don’t fuck with my Church.” By this he was apparently talking about the lawsuits I had filed in Utah.
He also told me how he did it (gave the seizures) . He said he had a weapon called a “Black Widow.” (similar to a Taser). At the time he told me this I didn’t know what a Black Widow was. Subsequently, I learned what it was and that they had originated in Russia some time ago. There is more about weapons like this on other webpages at this site. At best I can tell it is a military weapon that can be used to debilitate troops and also knock out electrical systems on vehicles, by utilizing a strong electromagnetic field. These weapons, or something similar can also cause vomiting and other medical problems. Also, see other pages on my website(s) and also they are referred to in the lawsuit Akwei v. NSA. It is amazing what people do not know. It is all being revealed now with Snowden et al. But these are weapons that have been around a while (since the 1990's and involve the NSA and possibly the Air Force), some of which are delivered by microwaves.
Anyway, back to the details regarding seizures.
Hawk said, (he told me) he gave the girl seizures. Now, what is the connection between me and Kathleen Snow Gallacher Anderson (of SLC)? We met in one of the online dating site on the Internet. My handle was ATTENTION K-MART SHOPPERS: BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL. I was in contact with “Kat” for quite a while before all this happened and afterwards too. We emailed daily and talked about many thinks, including her relatives, especially the Snow family (and if you know anything at all about the Mormons, you might remember that one of the Snow’s was involved in the sea gull incident, the birds that supposedly saved the day by eating insects).
I told Kat about the seizures in the library (to follow). She then told me that one of her daughter’s had been having seizures. So I told her Hawk had told me he was responsible for the seizures. She said she told her husband, Jerry Anderson, who in turn approached Hawk (How did he know Hawk by the way, was my question). Kat’s husband threatened Hawk and supposedly went to the police and filed a report.
(I have a lot of emails regarding the seizures, some of which I have placed on this website, and others which I will soon put up.)
One other point. Why would Hawk tell me all these things, which are criminal acts? Because Howard J Hawk was just a pseudonym, or possibly he thought I would never be able to find him. Like I said however, I am sure many people know who he is and is somehow affiliated with the LDS Church.
OK…….Now more on the other seizures.
As I have mentioned, all of this happened at around the same time. At that time, I was living in San Marcos Texas. The seizures occurred in the public library there. (go to page 2)
